Could be better! 3/20/2007

Visited 3 /19-2007 11 dinner guest Food was very tasty, portions were very small for the money $49 for a Sirloin Steak(salad $9extra ), Service was very, very, very slow. We had to get up and retrive our wine so we could pour our it ourselves. 15 to 20 minutes between visits from our waiter. Manager even came to help and service was not any better. Restaurant decor was very nice and the view was great. There are many other fine resaturants in Las Vegas that you will enjoy more, and feel like you received a decent value. This place has great potential , however, service and portion sizes will be the demize of this resaturant. more

  • Experience style, sophistication, comfort and convenience at Platinum Hotel & Spa, a chosen destination among off-strip Las Vegas hotels. With an enviable location near some of the most sought-after attractions and things to do in Las Vegas, our non-smoking, non-gaming property is regarded as a cant-miss place to stay among Las Vegas hotels. Distinguished by a unique configuration of suites ranging from 910 to 2,100 square feet, our smallest suite is three times larger than the typical Las Vegas hotel room. In addition, we are one of the only hotels in Vegas with walk-out balconies for every room.

  • In Short
This 84-seat restaurant is situated poolside on the fifth floor of the resort. The modern interior is bathed in chocolate browns and rich woods with soothing blue and silver accents. Diners can choose to sit at a table, deep-backed booth or poolside with stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip. The Restaurant's menu is whimsical and innovative. For breakfast try the Elvis Pancakes (peanut butter, banana and bacon), warm doughnut holes or Green Eggs and Ham. Dinner entrees include poached Maine lobster, bison and the Scotch and Sirloin-a dish accompanied with a flight of four fine aged scotches.
