This company has managed for our family for the past 8 years. We're a small investor with an office/retail building. They have done a great job over the years keeping our property full, tenants satisfied, and guided us at no charge through financing options. Terry has always put our interest first and is proactive. Our tenants stay a long time because their concerns are addressed when needed.
