DO NOT HIRE 10/25/2010

Stanford (Stan) David Silver is extremely talkative and personable but he will take your money, substitute licensed professionals for unskilled day hires (who sometimes drink on the job), and leave you with an unfinished mess. His has filed for bankruptcy and has a long list of angry clients. Stay far, far away. He is not reliable. All of his work has to be ripped out and redone. It will cost you twice as much as it should. more
