Friendly service, and well organized. The storage area is very clean and efficient. Security is top notch as well.

The fact that my rent went up $50.00 from one year to the next feels like price gouging. It is going to be a pain to move all of my stuff but that is sadly what I will have to do ...

Fabulous! 3/9/2016

Old Barn is a bit pricer than the other local storage facilities, but it is the ONLY one that has individual alarms on each UNIT. That's right, my unit has its own alarm system. Also, it is high on the hill so I don't have to worry about flooding. And, they give away free pumpkins at Halloween! How fun is that! What a great group of folks. Sharon Mills, Nevada City more

Very polite and accommodating 3/9/2016

My first experience here was quite pleasant. They were patient with me even as I bombarded them with questions. The security also seems quite good. All in all, I had zero problems getting my storage and quickly filling it more

Convenient and easy access 3/3/2016

I've had a storage unit at Old Barn Self Storage for a few years and everything has been good so far. Their facilities are clean and it's easy to access my storage unit. Getting rent to them is pretty easy except if I go out of town, but the staff is understanding. One thing I've noticed are the prices keep getting raised every year, but maybe that's everywhere. I would say this is a good place to store your stuff, I haven't had any problems with them. more

Good customer service, a little pricey. 2/29/2016

The service at the location has been very good. The only thing that has been a little frustrating is that for months now I have not been able to pay my bill online. That is super convenient for me so I hope I can again soon. I am just storing some things there, and have been for awhile now. They're prices are a little high My monthly storage has gone up several times recently. But the service is good, they are always accommodating, I stop by once a month right now to pay the bill and they are always very nice. Definitely would like to be able to pay online again though. more

The staff at Old Barn Self Storage are some of the most amazing people I've worked with. They are just hands above the rest because of their personalities, flexibility, willingness to work with you, and their cleanliness. I am new there, but I have looked at others in the San Jose area, and I just like Old Barn Self Storage the best. more

Clean facilities, friendly staff 2/18/2016

Old Barn Self Storage is wonderful. I've been using their storage facilities for a year and they're much cleaner than the other storage facilities I've used in the past. The staff is so friendly, so nice, and I love talking to them. It's easy to call them up to ask questions and they them in a fast and friendly manner. It's a really great place to store your things. more

We use Old Barn Self Storage to keep some of our stuff in storage. Our experience has been wonderful so far- the service is excellent. The prices are on the higher end, but we know and trust the owners. Old Barn is a trustworthy company and that makes it worth it for us. You can feel it for yourself right when you walk in. more

Very professional outfit 1/27/2016

The staff at Old Barn Self Storage are all very professional. They do a very thorough job, and the monitoring that they do in the facility is very professional as well. The whole place is very neat, clean, and organized. It is a great place to keep your stuff! I would not say that they were necessarily the cheapest option out there, but when it comes to storage facilities, often times you really do get what you pay for. It might have been a little more expensive, but to me, it was all worth it. I am storing my boat there until the spring, so I like that I can rest easy and trust that it is in good hands until I come back to get it. If I ever need a storage unit again, I would definitely use Old Barn Self Storage! more

Excellent facility that is very clean. 1/21/2016

I use Old Barn Self Storage for the convenience because they are located near where I work. I have had problems with remembering the code and I walk in and they give it to me without any issues. I have been using them for about five years now. It is a very clean facility. They have a responsible manager that takes care of issues when they are presented. I highly recommend them. more

My only suggestion is to stop raising the prices; I will no longer be using them because of it. 1/12/2016

Old Barn Self Storage was good in the beginning for me, for it was affordable but their prices have doubled in cost. Overall I thought that Old Barn Self Storage was sufficient at the time I used them. more

I recently visited Old Barn Self Storage to get a small storage unit and was immediately greeted and helped in a very professional manner. Maxine and Lloyd answered all of the questions I had efficiently. I was impressed with how Hi-Tech the operation was from the computerized gate access to the surveillance system. As a fly fishing guide I know the importance of providing great customer service and Old Barn delivered. Overall Old Barn is a great storage area - the prices seem to be the best in the area and it is conveniently located. I have had few issues with the computer system not working but overall it is a pleasant facility to use. more
