EXCELLENT 7/30/2006

Excellent! They were very busy and yet we were seated promptly and had our order taken immediately. All food was fresh, hot and great! Our server was very friendly and the manager even came over to welcome us to his restaurant. Our first time there, and we will be regulars from now on. It's nice to go to a mom and pop, rather than all the big chains that now take up the north end of the city. more

Ok place to eat 12/23/2005

If you can get past the fact that the smoking section wifts in to all parts of seating, it isn't too bad. The food is decent, not overly spicy and served quickly. The portions are decently sized, quite a bit of food for the money. Nothing exotic, just decent mexican eating. The seating is spaced for a fair amount of privacy and the servers are friendly. more

Horrible Horrible!! 10/7/2005

Waited to be seated for 30 plus minutes. Waited to order for 10-15 minutes. Waited almost an hour beginning to end to get our 3 meals!!! Waiter kept saying he was sorry and refilled chips and salsa 2 times!!! When the food came it was COLD and I mean not sizzleing - no steam!! Eventually got waiter back to table , he took 1 plate back to kitchen, to show staff... Asked if we wanted anything else . We said NO!!!! Never heard from a manager! Never! He just said we could go.. We didnt pay a $$$ and left!!! And Didnt eat ANY of it except for a bite here are there to see if ANYthing was warm. HORRIBLE!! BEWARE!!! more

Good Mexican Food 8/18/2005

This is a small restaurant that has good food. Not too, great salsa both spicy and mild. The service is fast and the price is very reasonable. There is a large menu to choose from. The portions are large and you usually need to get a take home box. It is a small neighborhood restaurant. Sometimes on the weekends they have a small band outside and there is a fireplace and they get really busy. more
