I purchased an online coupon for laser hair removal from the Miami Institute for Age Management about a year ago. When I tried to make an appointment, I was told it was booked for weeks. I decided to let the hype die down so six months later, I was able to start my 6 sessions of laser hair removal. I was extremely impressed with the results. The laser they use is top of the line, latest technology that is less painful than most other lasers. The office is very modern and clean. All the people who work there are very nice and professional. My technician, Brian, was very professional and made it easy to tolerate the somewhat painful procedure. They offer all kinds of services from cosmetic surgery, Botox and fillers, laser hair removal, cosmetic dentistry, and dermatological procedures. I was never pressured to purchase more services. I would definitely go back if I ever find another CoupTessa coupon, or if I somehow end up with extra $$$ in the bank to spend on more laser hair removal! more

I purchased 6 sessions of laser hair removal through a CoupTessa deal last September. I used one session in October, then had to cancel my November session because I got pregnant. After I gave birth to my daughter in August 2011, I made an appointment and was unsure if they would honor my remaining sessions since they were expired (or close to expiring). They honored my sessions without a problem. The technician, Brian, is extremely personable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with him and the staff. I noticed a significant permanent loss of hair even after one session! We discussed additional services, but I was never pressured to purchase. I WILL be purchasing additional services in the future. The facility is clean and in a safe location. It is a little pricier than other facilities, but you get what you pay for! more

I can only say great things about this place and especially my surgeon, Dr. Philip Craft. From my initial consultation for a lift and implants, he took about 45 minutes to an hour explaining every detail and taking every possible measurement. His patient coordinator, Yenifer is extremely friendly and helpful and the nurses, Zoila and Mirtha were wonderful to deal with. Their OR is impecible and the office itself is amazing.\r I took pictures of what I wanted to look like and I can say that I look identical to what I asked for. Extremely happy customer! more

The Miami Institute has proven by it's own longevity that it is a superior facility offering the very best medical care and services to its clients. I can personally say I have used and been happy with all the divisions. Dr Juan Remos, Rhonda Fine, Dr Todd Barsky Dr Julio Gallo and Brian Whaley the laser specialist. I love that it is located within the 5 star Four Seasons Hotel & Towers. I often have lunch before or after my appointment and since I live in California now I also stay there when I visit Miami so taking care of whatever dental or medical needs I have at any given time can be handled without running all over town. Going to a spa or doctor is never this enjoyable. And you can drop by any time you need a bottle of vitamins or skin care product--or they can ship it to you anywhere in the world. more

The girls at the front desk are just great. They never leave me waiting, very attentive. more

Dr. Craft is really amazing. I encountered the most difficult issue from having a BA outside of the US. Dr. Craft was able to do an outstanding revision, and I am very happy with the result. more

I felt that Dr Craft really tried to understand what I wanted, and that's important to me because I want to feel like the Dr is listening to me and wants me to be happy. He did just that! more

I actually didn't have an appointment but stopped by to say 'hi' to Brian after an appointment with Dr. Remos. As it turned out, Brian was free, so I went ahead and got an unscheduled Botox and Restylane. Now that is ease of scheduling! more

Actually, at first I emailed to get more information, and I got a really timely response and all my questions were answered. I then felt comfortable enough to call and set up an appointment and that was very easy too. more

From the Physician to the staff, The Miami Institute reflects everything Miami has a bad reputation for. Rude, pretentious, and FAKE!! They make you feel as if you should be thankful a place like that would even consider seeing you. When I said I wanted to finance the coordinator practically rolled her eyes at me and then brought me an application. Their prices are astronomical!! Who can pay $7,800 for a Breast Augmentation??!! Not to mention you have to pay for parking. I had to pay $15.00 for 1 hour! Their prices must be this high to maintain an office at the four seasons. I'm more interested in the warmth, care of a staff and the doctors credentials. Needles to say, I went elsewhere. I had my surgery and my breasts are beautiful!! I paid $6,000 with all charges included! If your smart you will not go to this place. You will pay to waste your time. more

Just walking into this place makes your realize this is someting totally different. I had brought my sister in for a consultation regarding a breast augmentation. I had no idea that the place was much more than just a cosmetic surgery place. In the end, she got her surgery, and I got a new set of veniers. We were both very impressed with the staff. Her surgeon really prepared her for what to expect, and my dentist gave me a smile that I never thought I could have. Pros: Beautiful place, great doctors, non-intimidating. Cons: It's a 25 minute drive for me. more

Great Service! They treat you like family. They are very accomodating and have a relaxing atmosphere.Staff has always been friendly. I love the private rooms. I found them in the many ads,I read in the magazines.The doctors were very understanding. They gave me lots of options. they offer financing, This helped.I had the money to pay it ,at once and decided to pay it over a year, interest free! Many places do not offer this option.They do not make you feel like a poor person when offering the services either ,like some over the top centers. I reccommed visting the web site. I was able to sign up for a lecture and got a bonus gift certificate for just showing up.. Plus ........I learned a bunch. I saw before and after pictures and took notes . I was very prepared to meet the doctors and ask any questions. I belive the more informed you are the more realistic outcome you can have.The better experience you will have. The better patient you can be. Ask them anything, these doctors know their stuff. Having plastic surgery is not like shopping for a car. Lots of car dealer ships have Honda' s, with plastic suregery . Please remember the results are with you longer than a two year lease on a car. You should feel at home and have confidence in the doctor and their staff. I normally do not tell anyone I had work done. Sometimes when speaking to friends it has come up. At this point .I make it a point to tell them about my experience at the Miami Institute. I almost forgot in most other outpatient centers I was never offered to stay with my own private nurse. Best of all the nurse stays with you in your own room at the Four seasons Hotel.The Miami institute has access to the rooms through a back enterance so no one knows or sees you. I feel asleep I a great bed. The next day after surgery. I went for my post op visit and took the elevator this was very easy. I did not want to bother any of the family picking me up and dropping me off 2 days in a row. Call them and meet them. Pros: HOTEL SETTING more
