After reading many readings, I'd decided to give it a try. First of all, the hostess on duty had attitude issues and kept ignoring us. Perhaps this is one of those places where ""how you dress"" makes a huge different in service. After waiting for 15 minutes, we'd decided to sit on the bar (no reservations needed). The traditional cheese fondue was nothing but regular melted swiss cheese, tasteless 99c bread pieces, chopped green apple pieces, and supermarket tortilla chips; chocolate fondue is good though. Sure this place looks fanstastic inside, but the value and service will not regain me as a customer.
Pros: Chocolate Fondue, Romantic atmosphere, Great Wine Selection
Cons: Unsatisfactory Servic, Poor value, Limited entree menu
