Good: The maintenance staff was about the only are that wasn't usueless. Bad: Where should I start. The numerous break-ins, the staff's inability to do anything correctly,the constant solicitors, th so called security. From day one we had problems when IPL was not changed over as they said it would be. I then spent 3 months getting letters for a bill that I had paid after I had things changed over with IPL. We were robbed 2 months in adn then found out how little they cared. Of course it's hard to be all that shocked when it's such a common occurence. Good luck with security.. Improvements: New staff and real security would be a start!. Other: This place is a joke. Do not make the mistake of moving in here..
