While the front office is not bad, going through maintenance is a horrifying experience. If you want anything to get fixed, be prepared to be ignored, hassled as to why you ""broke"" it (i.e. a 10-year old dishwasher going out of order), demeaned, and treated as a 5-year old. In particular, avoid a woman named Susan unless you don't actually need anything fixed, maybe she'll be nice to you then.\r

Pros: Liked a piece of property they had available
Cons: Took it and struggled with TMC's customer relations
