The Lobby Bar opened in 2005, in part to celebrate the Saint Paul Hotel's 95th year. With a granite bar top, cushy upholstered chairs and floor-to-ceiling wood, the bar blends seamlessly into its high-class namesake. Hotel guests are not the only ones sipping champagne and nibbling caviar here. Locals, too, stop in pre-theater or post-dinner, for a Scotch and maybe something off the brief and fancy appetizer menu. Strawberries dipped in chocolate, anyone?
