Our 80-bed facility promotes the highest level of care and quality of life for guests who are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation, outpatient, hospice care or for extended stays. This skilled nursing facility has been caring for the Hamilton community since 1942. Laurel Health Care Company purchased the former Wellington Manor in June of 2018 and is pleased to invest in the local community by improving the amenities and home-like environment for our guests.
