Literally--this should be your last resort if you are visiting South Haven. Upon arrival, the owner of this B&B went on and on about how lucky we were to have gotten in at the last minute. She then asked us to pay--don't you usually pay when checking out? Not here. Also, no credit cards were accepted and we didn't bring a checkbook so we had to find an ATM to pay the nearly $300. On the way up to our room, she showed us where we would make our own breakfast and do our dishes in the morning?!? I'm no expert, but I thought that at B&Bs one of the perks is that someone makes you breakfast. Again, not here. Finally, we arrived at our room, which was adorned with garage sale quality decor. As she closed the door, she reminded us that we still owed her money.
Pros: Quaint area
Cons: Service, Room, Owner
