I called and scheduled back to back massage and facial. When I made the appointment I told the receptionist I had coupons for both services and she said it would be OK to use both on the same day. However, after my appointment when it came time to pay for the services, I was told they would only honor one coupon. At the time I let it go, but now I really don't think that is a fair way to treat a customer who had been there as many times as I had. When I emailed the manager (someone named Jay anyway) he said he'd be more than happy to remove me from their system. Very nice, go ahead. I guess they make so much money that they don't care when one customer is unhappy. Thanks, but I'll find somewhere else to go.
