Its a $3 dollar theater and to a great extent you get what you pay for. One high point, though, is that they make their own popcorn, freshly, each night. The upstairs theater is small, the downstairs a bit larger. The sound systems aren't brilliant and the screens are fairly small (though they compare favorably with, for instance, the Regal cinema's screens down the street). Overall, its worth $3 to see a movie in second run.
