this company is in cahoots with donya travel. they are crooks who take your money, promise much, and deliver very little. they will ruin your vacation with their lack of service. they are completely unable to follow through with commitments. i arrived in the czech republic only to find that the agent neglected to send my money to the hotel. i had to stay in a hostel! avoid both agencies!
Cons: VACATION RUINED. SAVE YOURSELF.
