I USE TO LIVE CLOSE TO THIS ONE...YOU ALL ARE RIGHT IT IS HARD TO FIND HELP IN THE STORE AND WHEN YOU DO FIND HELP..THEY BARELY HAVE TIME TO HELP YOU..EVERYONE IS RUNNING AROUND L...

discourteous temperament 7/8/2011

I have no complaints about the stores merchandise. The store is quite large & it's well ordered. HOWEVER... The employees need to find that that are better suited to their discourteous temperament. The blonde in the paint dept is more concerned about his trip to NASA than the customers need for supplies. The Mexican (& most of the employees are Mexican or otherwise foreign.) They do not uphold their own policies. So for now on I'll be going to Lowes & back to Wal-Mart. As it is, alot can be had at the various dollar stores, e.g. Dollar Tree when the roller pans are sturdy & just a buck. more

what a help 8/1/2005

As a new homeowner I know nothing about home fixes. I went in to purchase wall hangers for pictures and frames. I was having a hard time finding the correct aisle when one of their associates actually walked me to the correct aisle and helped me pick out the proper size after hearing what it would be used for. Now where can you get customer service like that? more

Dishwasher Installation 7/31/2005

The installer came before the recommended time and he was very thorough. He found a problem that we didn't know we had and he corrected that at no extra charge. He took pride in his work. more

bad customer service 7/27/2005

one of the places with the worse customer service is home depot from a scale 1 to 10 I gave the 2. The store is so big that it is almost imposible to find any help. more

In & Out with Ease 6/8/2005

I enjoy going to this Home Depot because I can almost always find what I am looking for and if I do perhaps have a problem finding something, the customer service reps. are really friendly and help. I like the lines here too, in & out of Home Depot. Great shopping experiences. more
