I went inthe stor to get a written quote on carpet purchase and installation. They had a current special of installation of $199.00 for the whole house. great price. then there was the carpet Mokawk Aladddin Gramercy Park 9268 was at a really great price per sq. ft. The person that comes to the house was pretty good and did his job professionally and was out in about 20 min. But that is where the problem begins...the people that generate the quote were not competant or timely. It has taken 5 days for them to work up the quote ant then thei didn't do it on a room by room bases as I requested. that necessitated several other people in thir flooring department trying to get it correct. it was ridiculous, carpet, laminate flooring, stairs, and just about anythng else that culd be thrown inwas ther that was not to be done. Then the price for carpet for a rectangular room changed per/sq. ft. vs. what was piced per sq. ft. significanlty. I was amazed how they felt they were not at fault when
