Do not hire a company that only uses an answering macine 9/23/2012

I used the grout medic of Monmouth County and the work was incomplete and I have to pay another contractor to do the work correctly. They claim a 30 guarantee; good luck trying to get them to come back. They make appointments and never show. That was my experience; use another contractor so you do not have to endure the same problems with a simple tile repair that I had to. more
