This opera house was built in 1894.It is truly a beatiful Opera House. It has been restored by The Galveston Historial Soceity. They have shows there about every couple of months.Every thing in it is authentic. It's located in The historical Strand district. They have had all kinds of different acts there, from Salome to Bill Cosby. It is truly a beatiful site. PROS: The prices are fair.It has a big parking lot behind it. CONS: none more
