Learned that I have to floss in addition to the Water Pik, which indicates that flossing isn't necessary, just use the Water Pik. Yikes! Thanks Joanne!

Periodontal Cleaning with Joann 1/5/2012

Joann knows her (and my) teeth! An excellent job cleaning mine. She asks the right questions - about my brushing habits, about recent dental work (good thing, because a dental specialist had done some work recently), and - during the cleaning asking me "Are you doing OK?" Very caring, indeed! Finished the appointment = as scheduled - on time! All the folks at Family Dentistry are knowledgeable and friendly!!! If you're not a patient, give them a try......you will enjoy it. more

Make sure you ask for a treatment plan at your first visit. Otherwise, you will be faced with bills you did not anticipate. more

Takes the fear out of dentistry 9/26/2011

I have never had a periodontal cleaning before, but this one was painless and although lengthy it was not a problem at all. I had visions of pain and discomfort, but after the Novocain wore off everything was fine except my tongue has been tingly. Can't complain,so I will not be dreading the next treatment. more

I found the office of Dr. Liem to be very professional but personal and a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Liem was ver gentle and took his time to explain everything to me. Best of all he didn't cause me any pain. more

Excellent care, excellent staff. Dr. Liem himself is gifted. He has magic fingers. In addition he is blessed with talented associates. Dr. Leim and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasant experience vs the scary visits anyone may have experienced as a child. It's not just a job to them, they care. more
