they groom cats 2 days a week. their business hours start at 8 and i had an appt. for 8:10 am. the groomer didn't show up until after 8:30, so i had to wait in my car for over 20 minutes. when i picked up my cat at 3, he was already in the pet carrier, so i could not see him. the groomer charged me $15 extra because she scratched him and she's ""prone to infections"". when i got him home and out of the pet carrier, i could not believe the butcher job she did on him. it was ridiculously bad. he had one side of his whiskers cut off, his haircut was choppy to say the least with bald gaps and spots that hadn't been cut. if you're a pet groomer, getting scratched comes with the territory. i am a cook, and when i burm myself taking someone's food out of the oven, i do not charge extra because it's expected. this was a terrible experience and they refuse to give me a refund. seriously, if you can't groom an animal, then just tell me and don't charge me. this was a terrible experience. please do not put your animal through it.
