Worst

They repaired my car, they did some major repairs that cost around $2500. The price was medium-high. So far everything has been ok.

Very pleasant. 11/18/2013

The Care Shop has worked on both of my cars. The last time they did work, they did an oil change and checked to see why the service engine light was on. They replaced stoplight switch and gave me recommendations on what to do in future, which I appreciated. I trust them. One of the mechanics I've used for ages doesn't work on American cars, so he recommended The Care Shop. more

I used The Care Shop years ago, and I had a good experience, so I decided to bring my car back recently. They are very nice people. I like that they are quick and efficient. They also accommodate my schedule easily. The mechanics are upfront and get right to the point when explaining things. There are no hidden agendas for the customer to worry about. They won't hike up the price unexpectedly, which is something you will often see with other repair shops. I will be coming back here regularly for maintenance. I would definitely recommend them to others. Check them out, get a quote, and compare their prices to everyone else. more

Work was guaranteed 10/9/2013

Had work done on my 85 Bronco and it ran great. Another issue came up that cause the original work to malfunction. Mark repaired and replaced the part that was under warranty at no charge. Thank you!! more

Great customer Service 10/7/2013

Considering that I just had my car in a the Nissan dealership a couple of months ago for my 100K service and back at the dealership for a strange sound recently; when I took my car to The Care Shop they were able to diagnose the noise I was hearing and (Alternator) and advised that I would soon need a water pump. Since it was all under warrantee I got both items repaired under one deductible in one day. more

Very professional and good customer service 8/16/2013

I've used The Care Shop service a few times. They're very professional and cordial. One time, I needed a ride home because they had my car overnight and they dropped me off at home which was really nice. The service has always been really good. They have good customer service but the closest thing to an issue was that I asked them for a smog check. They didn't have the certification to do so but they sent my car to a service nearby that did so they did take care of it for me and that impressed me. more
