I have been visiting the Cake Connection since they opened and I have found both Ed and Shirley to be aboslutely wonderful people. Was deeply saddened to learn of Ed's demise. However, whenever I visit Shirley is always cheerful, pleasant and more than willing to share ideas, baking tips and other baking advise. The admosphoere is always warm and inviting unlike the nearby competition. Absolutely a wonderful place to shop for cake supplies, etc. Ms. Lee more

Overall this is one of my favorite locations to go to for supply and advice on cake designs, the service is excellant and they always make you feel at home with everything. So much better than there competition. more

Cake connection 4/7/2006

This is a store that specializes is baking. What can I say. If you want a special cake pan it is there. They have character pans and tier cake pans of all shapes and sizes. They sell the tips so that you can decorate these cakes you make. They have all kinds of chocolate molds to make chocolate candy. You can buy chocolate there as well in all size bags with prices varying. You can even buy colors to ad to the chocolate to make them any color you want. You may also buy flavors to make your candy taste like anything you like. They sell all the supplies you would need to melt and mold the chocolate. They sell gummy kits and molds as well as extra color and flavor. This is a family owned and operated store. The people are always polite and very helpful with any questions I have about a product. They even order some special items if you ask. They have helped me with problems like chocolate being too thick and how to thin it out. The prices are not bad either. The parking lot is a little small and hard to get into but it is worth a little inconvenience to get good service and supplies. I recommend this store to anyone who decorates cakes or even makes chocolate. They are nice people that will help you if at all possible. more
