The Blue Room is an ideal place to relax with a group of friends. Snag one of the few round blue booths or belly up to the bar. The crowd ranges in age between 21 and 60-something. Busy nights are Thursday-Saturday. Play the jukebox or throw darts. If you're a smoker, then you'll be in good company outside on the patio. If someone wants to buy you a drink, but you've yet to finish your current beverage, just ask for a chip. That way you can cash in when you're ready.
The only thing missing here is a pool table. They've talked about putting one in but the expansion would change their license, which is always a hugh bureaucratic mess.
There is a small parking lot for the Blue Room, but if it's full then you'll have to look for parking on the street in front or in the neighborhood.
Pros: strong drinks, friendly people, no pretension
Cons: small parking lot, too crowded fri/sat
