While I love the Big Tool Box, I wasn’t too impressed with their rental department. They do have a great selection of tools to rent, as well as moving trucks. But I find the staff in the rental department to be not quite as helpful as I would like. I have rented moving trucks from here two times (mostly because they offer great prices and I don’t like my other rental options in the area). Both times, the staff wasn’t that friendly and the guy kind of made it seem like a chores to get off his chair and take my reservation.
But, their prices are good, their trucks are reliable, and I have never had any issues with my reservation not being kept – so I will return to them in the future for my rental needs.
Just don’t be expect to be blown away by their customer service.
