we love this bagel shop. good variety, fresh and yummy. they give plenty of cream cheese too! also have sandwiches and salads, but the bagels with cream cheese are my fave. nice, relaxing place to hang out. family friendly. more

Owner change? Used to be great. 11/8/2010

I used to enjoy going to this little bagel joint. Great service and fantastic food. I went back there recently and I was surprised by the customer service. Food was still great. But the staff was not friendly at all. There were a lot of ""You can't"" ""We don't"" for our small requests. Unfortunately, we will have to drive a little further for our bagels from now on. more

Not as good as it once was..... 10/9/2010

I've been going to this sweet little bagel place since it first opened under different owners - seems like the last few times I've been there the personnel was a little disinterested in my order, and the orders got mixed up. Plus you cannot use your use your credit card for purchases under $5.00 so it forces you to buy something else which is most always going to take the bill way over the $5.00 minimun (is that legal?). Good menu, nice environment. more

One Horrible Experience 1/21/2008

Usually a peaceful and extraordinary dining experience. Received wrong order, no problem, happens everywhere. Wouldn't exchange it after I drove back from work! Lost my business. That'll cost more than replacing a sandwich. Pros: food and atmosphere Cons: customer service more

My favorite place in Katy! 5/12/2005

I absolutely adore this little cafe. The bagels are so delicious and a good price. They also make their own flavored cream cheeses, featuring chives, lox, and mixed veggie. They have an extensive selection of sandwiches and their foccia bread and fantastic! I highly recommend the spinach articoke panini. It's not their best seller for no reason! And the bagel chips that come with the sandwiches are the best! The staff is very friendly and always helpful in their recommendations! Completely worth the drive out to Katy! Pros: Fresh bagels daily, Reasonable prices Cons: Not open for dinner more
