I have lived here since December 2012 and I have already regretted ever moving into this complex. It's located in a very nice area as well as many parks and bike trails; which what I was looking for. Ever since I've moved into my apartment there has been constant issues. My first move in was not very pleasant because management failed to properly inspect the apartment before my move in day. They also failed to walk me through the apartment on my first day because they were closing early due to a holiday. For 3 days I had no running hot water as well as heating/ac. I was also burglarized on my 1st day as well. One of my friendly neighbor decided they wanted something from my patio so they jumped over and helped themselves. I reported this to the security guard but never heard back from management. I also have an issue with privacy which this complex lacks as well as their management. Since living here they have been in my apartment on 5 occasions. They will provide you with a 48 hours notice if they are going to enter your apartment but refuse to provide you with the approximate time. Parking here is horrible as well. It's very difficult to find a parking spot if you do not make it home before 5pm. There are 2 complex one tiny street fighting over parking spots. Management had recently taken away the extra available parking spots within the complex and now is charging for the extra spaces. I also advised by a neighbor that they not only raise your rent every year but they also raise your pet rent as well. Speaking of pets. They assumed that I had dogs so they started snooping around my property telling me that they heard dogs barking from my apartment. They said that they randomly walked by my apartment and the dogs started barking. If dogs started barking because you walk down the hallway I would not have moved in here. There is no issues with dogs barking when you walk down the hallway, they only bark if you knock on the door ""which is illegal if they have no purpose or notice to be there"". If I wanted to be supervised I would of lived at home with my parents. The management team here may seem friendly at first but once you have moved in they are rude and disrepectful. There is also an issue with cars being broken into which management tries and cover up. They will not provide the tenants as of what is going on where they are living because it will scare away potential tenants. I feel sick to my stomach living here and cannot wait until my lease ends. It is a big mistake to live here unless management is changed. more
