We've used Textron Air Conditioning a number of times. In each case, they've responded quickly, have provided helpful advice along with their service, and resolved the situation cost-effectively (they've always told me how to address the situation the most cost effective way, even if that meant less revenue for them). I have been amazed at the honesty and work ethic of each of their employees.
