We've had some really great service here and some mediocre service here. When you call to make a service appointment, the person doesn't always look your information up in the computer. The first guy I spoke to asked what service I needed. I told him it would be my 30,000 mile service. He asked what I would need for this. Isn't that something they should already know? They should be telling me how long it will take and what I should expect, not the other way around. Once there though, we had excellent service with a very nice associate, Clint. He got to us right away when we pulled in, arranged for a shuttle to take us to lunch and called when our car was ready. Overall, very happy with our most recent service.
