The best service, terry does a thorough job. JS obviously hasn't ever had anything repaired there's always a service call, and I suggest you buy your part off the Internet and do it yourself.\r \r \r \r \r \r more

Really stuck it to me 8/22/2011

I asked Terry to come look at a refrigerator since his shop is about thirty yards from my house. I watched from my house as he got in his truck and drove around the block to my house. He then charged me a $65 trip charge - whatever. It took him all of ten minutes to do the repair and despite the $65 trip charge he still charged me $20 for labor - ok, whatever. The worst part of it is the replacement part he charged me $84 for which I looked up online after he left and found for $30. Terry will never get my business again. more
