The young man I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process. He also came to my home to help clear up some details and gave me his cell phone number. I would say they were a good company to do business with. more

Excellent Customer Service! 5/3/2011

I recently refinanced with Joe at this office. Joe and Territory mortgage were professional and more than informative. I've refinanced a time or two before this but never has it gone this smoothly! I was involved 100% of the time and best of all I was blown away by the rate! My bank was offering nothing near it! I never will never do business with anyone else again. Thanks Joe! more

On time and professional 5/3/2011

I recently refinanced my home through the Territory office in victor. I had originally purchased my home through my bank, ESL in 2008. At the time, ESL never gave me a choice as to what my rate would be and was not overly informative so I just figured that's how the process worked. more

DO NOT USE THEM 3/30/2011

They make a lot of money for doing nothing. They caused us a lot of headache and we ended up having to rent stage units and stay in a hotel because they messed up the closing for which they never apologized or even gave us mcdonalds certificates for being put out. Go to your bank. These guys are only out $ which they do not deserve. more
