The service and atmosphere were excellent, but I am not happy with my haircut. 4/4/2010

I don't feel my haircut is representative of the amount of money that I paid for it. It looked OK when I left the salon but, of course, once I washed it and styled it myself, I am not happy with the cut. Especially considering that, with tip, it cost me $67. more

My experience at Terrence Michael Salon was exceptionally satisfying. The interior of the salon was exactly what I would picture a high quality salon to look like, having sophistication and incomparable spotlessness. The service was prompt and accurate with accordance to my appointment. All the staff members were very professional and courteous. The professional hairstylist catering to my styling necessity was able to give me the exact result I wanted even with my virtually indecipherable verbal description. Terrence Michael Salon will continue to receive my business because of their outstanding professionalism and distinct quality. more

My experience at your salon far exceeded my expectations. 2/25/2010

I'm a seasonal resident of Ft. Myers and this is the first time in about 4 years that I've trusted someone to cut and style my hair here in Ft. Myers. Deborah put me at ease right away and made me feel comfortable. I feel I have finally found my Florida hairdresser and her name is Deborah. more

I have been going to Terrence Michael salon for more than 5 years. The service is great and my stylist is phenomenal. I am at ease when I visit the salon because I never have to worry about what style I'm going to get or what would look best with my facial features. It is a pleasure to be a part of a salon that makes me so stress-free. more

The staff the services the atmosphere the overall treatment of the clientele is above the highest of expectations. My experience there has been one of comfort and relaxation; the professional that services my hair needs is so well educated in the treatment of hair that each time I am there I learn more and more of how to manage and care for my own hair between visits. This is unique to this shop; I have never before experienced service as consistent as it is at Terrence Michael. more

I have been with Laura for 30 years!!! Do I get a prize?? She is the absolute best colorist and stylist and I have followed her from salon to salon. Everyone at the salon is very friendly, helpful, and professional and I always enjoy my time there. more

For me the service is excellent and the staff are very nice and professisonal. An added bonus for me is that it's veryclose to my home and work. 2/3/2010

My stylist is excellent and the lady who shampoos hair also makes the experience great because she massages your scalp and neck. The reason I started there was I needed a color correction in a hurry and this was the only salon open on a Monday. That's another plus in my book. more
