Five stars- best salon experience ever!!! 1/28/2011

I am so happy with the entire experience! Nicole was very informative and kept me in the loop during my highlight process. The staff was extremely professional and very patient with me. I can into the salon for highlights. I have naturally dark hair but had recently had the blackest black all over color done at a different salon. Blackest black is the hardest color to try and lighten. So this made it very difficult to try and get the perfect shade for my highlights. But Nicole and the rest of the staff did a beautiful job! I will definayely be coming back again and again!!! more

I love my new hair! 12/11/2010

I went from curly glam blonde to straight dark comtemporary w/ bangs. I've tried to do this before several times w/out success. I could already tell this morning that this new cut is going to work. The colors are beautiful and my hair has a chance to be shiny and natural w/out giving up a ton of style. Nicole listened and understood everything. Also for the first time I was not pressured to buy products. These people are for real when it comes to giving you the beautiful, healthy hair you are dreaming of. Thanks Nicole and everyone! I have never gone to a salon where I leave as happy as I leave Terrence Michael! Cara, has done a fabulous job on my hair every time. She listens to what I want and accentuates it with her expertise. Plus, I have fallen in love with there phyto products, these products have changed y hair completely for the best. You have to go and check it all out for yourself! more

Choosing a hair salon from the internet is quite a challenge especially from 900 miles away! After looking at the staff bios, the product line and the salon amenities, I made the call and sure enough...was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. Explained what I wanted and made an appointment (in fact, two appts.) with Brock. I am not disappointed. The salon is great and Brock is a "gem." more

Tried the scope treatment it was very neat. Since using the starting kit for the phyto treatment my hair has no frizz and it is not falling out as much. And my hairdresser did an amazing job with the cut of my hair. Love it! more

Beautiful salon, Great Staff, Loved my hair! 10/3/2010

I tried Terrence Michael Salon for my first time last week. I had an appointment with Cara and she was great. When I walked in I was greeted by her and taken over to do a scalp analysis, never had anything like that before! She told me things about my scalp and hair that no one had ever cared enough to tell me before. I got a color and cut. The color came out perfect better than I could have imagined and I am using their phyto products, which are great. This salon is definitely worth trying! more
