I "shopped" for a new car and found that despite being a "female" and a "senior citizen" I was treated with respect and was taken seriously. I test-drove my car - in "my" color and bought the car (which I "love"). more

I'm always happy when I visit Toyota in Temecula. They seem to always communicate well to their customers of what they are going to do, what needs to be done and how soon it can be fixed. more

More care attention is needed to keep grease off inside of car 7/18/2013

Friendly, helpful, courteous, and accomodating. My only dissatisfaction was finding grease spots on my drivers seat and headliner. Thankfully all 5 spots came out easily more

Frustrated with Toyota corporation 6/27/2013

I guess the service department did what they could for us but our issue is with the sound system in our 2013 Prius Persona that cost $29,000. Toyota's field service guy said the system is functioning as well as it's designed but it's a lesser quality system - NOT what I want to hear!!! This was the only system available and I'm apparently stuck with a speaker that distorts some sounds so much that I can't understand some callers on my hands free bluetooth system. more

I needed four new tires the next day for an appointment in San Diego. Toyota sent to San Diego for the tires I requested. They arrived that day, they called me, and the tires were mounted in a very timely fashion. Thank you Toyota! more

Great and speedy service 6/27/2013

I had about a 2 hour wait on the replacement of my backdoor garnish and the service was effortless and they ever finished earlier than quoted. The waiting area was clean and relaxing. I never have an issue when coming to this dealer! more
