Great. The PA Allen was excellent with handling my injury and explaining what I would expect going forward. The other staff were friendly from the check in to the X-ray technician. The only feedback I have is related to process and having spent four hours at the facility. more

Called because the antibiotic didn't seem like it was working receptionist talked to the provider got right back to me put me on a different antibiotic and no long wait times in the waiting room I will be back more

Office staff, assistants and PA were friendly and professional. My son was seen within 30 minutes of arrival.Diagnose, recommendation and treatment was successful. Over all had a great experience and would drive again 45 minutes to this location. more

The PA was great! She listened to my concerns - Performed a thorough evaluation - and provided a solution which resolved my symptoms. I wish you took phone numbers down and texted customers when you were getting close to seeing them, so we could get something to eat, or wait outside of the clinic if the wait time is excessive. Do NOT go to Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care. I went to their branch in Carlsbad and had good medical care. However, their billing department is completely inadequate, unprofessional and they do not hold themselves accountable. When there was an issue with billing my insurance, I tried calling them back numerous times at different times and days. I left 10 messages without calls back. Then, they send me to a collections agency siting that I never returned their phone calls! Do not go there. more
