STAY FAR AWAY!! 9/10/2012

My wife and I bought a new mower from Menards in Mt. Pleasant last year beginning of summer. We used it the first time and it worked wonderfully. Two weeks later it wouldnt start, we were told by Menards that our local warranty repair center was Ted's home and lawn. Since that first incident we have used our mower 3 times and its been in to Ted's 3 times. The third time I had to pay for the repairs because Ted's told the Mower manufacturer that I have been using bad gas. I get premium gas the same day I mow every time and add a gasoline stabilizer. It must be nice to pass off your horrible work as bad gas and not be held liable. STAY FAR AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ANYWHERE! I would mow my lawn with scissors before I EVER went to Ted's again! more

They sell all kinds of Lawn accesories here. There service department is really good, they know alot about lawn mowers. more
