Bad review 6/15/2016

Believe they broke my lights in order to get more money.. Lights worked before I dropped the car off.. When I picked it up they weren't working.. Didn't want to repair for free eventhough it happened under their supervision .. Tried telling me in order to get my car inspected I needed $2100 in repairs.. Took the car to a different mechanic and he replaced more did more labor ordered more parts for $700 .. These ppl are con artists more

Thorough and fair 6/10/2016

$9.99 deal on inspection and emissions. They replaced a missing parking light for no charge and were able to replace a belt same-day. They're easy to schedule appointments with and very fair in their pricing. Don't like to take my car anywhere else. more

I didn't have money to buy a new tire so they called their other shop and found a nearly new used tire. They wanted to bring the tire to their shop but I insisted on driving to the other shop. The personnel at the second shop was equally nice and helpful. more

The guys working at team auto are always professional, courteous and helpful whenever I have a question on my auto. They always have my car done when promised. They call if they find any problems during inspection or mileage checks. more

Was conveniently located and the price to get the car inspected was fair. Other auto repair locations charged double for the same exact service. I am not going to pay double for a service I know will get completed right the first time for half the price. more

mistakes happen 4/21/2016

but these guys stand behind the work. they installed front and rear brakes and every time I slowed down I felt a shake in the steering. I figured it just needs the tires balanced. well as I kept driving, it seemed harder and harder to slow down. I called team one and told them what was happening and they said bring it in and we will fix it for FREE. so they replaced the front and rear brakes for FREE! truck brakes well now and no issues. thanks team one! more
