these guys are lazy i got my car a month ago and i have had it a week thay keep saying that thay fixed it keeps happing so i had my dad look at it and thay have no fixed anything thay are scams and should be kicked out of idaho i have been back and forth 5 times in one month with same thing happing dont buy from these guys u will regret it o and thay made me rate it but i dont think thay even get one star if i had it my way more

I've bought many cars before going to Team for my last purchase, but never had a better experience. All the people I met there from the sales to the service dept were friendly and professional and made me feel my business was important to them. I was happy with the price on my new car and they were fair on my trade. more

I came to buy my first car, salesman was nice and informative. Was fast through the whole process, gave great deal on my trade. Definently buy here again. Pros: great salesman, clean lot, everybody was nice and helpful Cons: didn't have one more

Sales process was smooth and I did not need to negotiate. They gave me the best price I could find online and our salesman Paul Stephenson didn't play any games or try to pressure me. I was offered a great price for my gas hog trade in and the interest rate they gave me was better then my bank's. Consumer's Report Magazine was correct the new 2010 Forester I bought is awesome and I am getting the best gas mileage of any car I have ever owned. Team Mazda Subaru is the only place I will ever buy a car from again! I searched the whole state and they gave me the best price I could find! The entire sales experience with Paul was pleasant with no pressure. I purchased a Subaru Impreza and he was patient with me as I drove several different cars to find the one that had all the options I wanted! (this was not the same experience I had at other dealerships I visited). I thought the buying process was painless and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. My salesman Paul even called me later in the week to thank me and make sure I didn't have any additional questions! Thanks again Team you have a customer for life! We were pleasently surprised to find these folks on the Nampa/Caldwell Blvd. We ended up with a very nice used Mazda 3 with 35Kmiles. So far so good! Pros: Nice Selection Cons: Hard to find on the Blvd. more
