Team Escrow

I was forced into dealing with this company after the other party insisted on using this escrow service. When the real estate deal fell through, the escrow company did not give back the entire deposit. Although escrow companies can legally keep some of the deposit when certain legal conditions are followed, that was not the case here. They are a pain to deal with. more

I totally disagree with that guy b/c I have used Team Escrow for a long period for my escrow transaction. All of my clients and real estate agents love to work with them. Applauds !! Don't know why this company is in business. \r \r Frankly, I would report them. They're extremely unprofessional - they'll never get your paperwork done on time. They're rude, incosiderate, and only protect ""their own kind."" You read between the lines on that one.\r \r No morality. You cash our money, and not get one single thing done. I curse you. Do not use them as the final step in obtaining the American Dream. They sure ruined it for me. They lied to me, they cheated me, acted unprofessionally, and best of all....upheld unethical behavior. The little receptionist girl would not let me through to talk to the escrow officer because I had ""already talked to her today"" when she knew darn well that that wasn't the truth. She kept insisting that I had, and then acted all confused when I refused to back down. They withheld my escrow papers at the request of the seller b/c they asked her to. She did all of this WITHOUT consulting me. She then proceeded to refuse to return my calls. Finally I had to threaten litigation., and that is when she got her act together. She is now acting quite unprofessionally with me with her little sighs of frustration or roling of the eyes now when I am requesting stuff from her. Need I say more?
