this branch is very friendly all the workers are very anxious to help you and resolve what ever you need more

The person who wrote that review about business account is absolutely clueless regarding the bank's right to know a customer & who they do business with. Having a bank account is a priviledge and the bank has the right to choose whom they want to do business with. I am a long time customer of Commerce Bank & am proud to be a customer of that location. more

The ""Store Supervisor"" Olesya Glebova has no clue as to the rules and regulations of the banking world. She refused to open a Business Checking account for me even after the folks at the 800 number said it was OK to do so. She claimed she needed a utility bill in the name of my business as proof of address. The problem is that it's a home based business and all bills come to my personal name. A legal form from the IRS with the business name, address, and Fed Tax ID# was not enough proof for her. I finally went to another branch on Avenue U and opened the account without any issues. She needs to be fired for lack of knowledge, failure to comply with corporate policy, and an obvious inability to think logically. Avoid this branch and this ""store Supervisor"" at all costs. more
