Worst

Service Not Good!!! 12/6/2017

Was hard to get on schedule with company, and after getting on schedule, technician came out and evaluated the problem. At that time, I was told that he had to order the part and the next technician would be back to install and service the water heater. The water heater had to also be brought up to standards. I was told all of this, the price and yet when the next technician came out he told us he had to order other parts. I am about 2 week into not having hot water and not happy. more

Courtesie call 11/21/2017

My initial appointment I had to reschedule do to unforeseen circumstances. My first scheduled appointment I got a Courtesie call, but when I rescheduled I didn't receive a Courtesie call so I had to call to be sure that they remembered my appointment. When I called the receptionist she kind of hesitated like they forgot about my appointment. But when Jerry showed up an hour later he made up for it with the great service and advice. Jerry was very personnal and professional. I would highly recommend Taylor Heating and A/C. more

Great Work - Well done! 11/15/2017

I just wanted to write a review to compliment both the estimator and the installation crew! The work was done fast and super clean. The installer walked me through the set up of the thermostat, and then repeated it when my husband walked in. Very pleasant and instructive! My husband and I both appreciated the entire process. Horrible Service 11/9/2017

They showed up at the three properties which required followup service at all three one which was labeled a fire hazard and was told that I would be contacted by the office which only happened when they called to tell me that I was over due on the bill. OVER DUE?? I never received a bill. Well come to find out they were mailing to the wrong address. I chose them because the reviews were good but after dealing with them it made me wonder if they weren't posting their own reviews. more

Positive experience-professional service 10/28/2017

Technician (Brett), was efficient, pleasant and professional. I had a simple furnace tuneup but he explained the process and showed me how to clean the filters as needed. Quality of service is consistent with my past experience with Taylor Heating. more

Phenomenal company 10/25/2017

From the first phone call through the install these guys rocked. From Joe that diagnosed the condition, Travis making prompt call backs, and Mike during the install I was blown away. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable crew. We have a 3mo. baby living in my house and when these guys found out they expedited the whole process. Good Job with what they were hired for 10/25/2017

I thought Taylor Heating & A/C did a good job - their tech was very detailed and explained everything to me, which I appreciated. In addition, he noticed some areas that weren't done very well by a previous company and fixed those. I also hired them to clean my ducts, they have a sub-company do that, with whom, I was very disappointed with. No Fault to Taylor, but the company they sub-contract the work out to, in my opinion, was very unprofessional! I will use Taylor for my upcoming generator instal and AC instal, but I will not use their sub-contractor ever! As a company, their solid, and I highly recommend them and the work they do. more
