Our ignition switch went out on our furnace and it was really cold out. We called an HVAC company up and they told us they would be out around 1:30 to 3PM. They never showed up and told us they never said they would come out. They also said they would charge us a service fee and maybe have to order the part for whatever was broken. We then called Taylor Heating and they came out first thing in the morning. They had the part and didn't have to order it, explaining that it was actually a pretty common part to replace, and explained exactly what was wrong and why it broke. They were fast, courteous, and very professional. They also treated us exactly how we would expect a good company to treat its customers. We will definitely recommend Taylor Heating. They were fantastic, and more than fair on the total price.
