Elec / HVAC 9/8/2017

Used Taylor on a small job to test the waters- I have a big reno project & will be using them for all elec needs. So far, knowledge & cost efficiency cant be beat, & Ive project maned a few large, hard to do renovations. HVAC dept great also. more

Finally got it right! 9/7/2017

We had Taylor Heating install a new furnace and air conditioning system several months ago. As the weather got hotter and reached 80 degrees and higher the system just seemed like it was chasing the temperature rather than cooling the house. We knew something wasn't right. Called Taylor and talked with Chaz and then Joe and several days later Cam showed up and totally reinstalled the system with a couple of modifications that they admitted should have been completed at the first installation. We could not be happier with the great customer service the Taylor Heating team provided for us. We appreciate their promptness to fix our problem. Way to go ! more

Great job of installing new lights. 8/25/2017

The electricians were prompt, courteous and did a very good job. I was pleased with the placement of all of the ceiling fixtures. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I need any electrical work. more

Friendly Service, Easy to Schedule 8/8/2017

Had a good experience when our furnace and air conditioner was installed by Taylor Heating & AC about two years ago. Out of three quotes they were definitely the best price for good product. Just had them out for regular maintenance and it was another good experience. Friendly service and pretty easy to schedule. I don't really want to cough up money for maintenance, but it's a lot better than having the heat exchanger go out in the furnace and possibly causing fire, etc. Just good peace of mind knowing it's all fine through the year. more

Great Experience! 8/4/2017

We took a long time trying to figure out what we needed and wanted. We reviewed bids from three different companies, another local company we'd been working with for yeas and one from a major big name company. After a recommendation for Taylor we asked for their quote. They were completely thorough in explaining what we needed, recommended options and answering all my questions (there were a "few"). At the end of our search there was no question on who we'd choose. Taylor had the best price, longest warranty on labor, could install the fastest and provided great customer service. more

New Gas furnace 7/27/2017

I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Taylor Heating & A/C. Super customer service, installers did exactly what they said and in the time they said it would take. Follow up on one very small issue was super prompt and taken care of. Furnace has only been in a week but absolutely 5 star service! Plus very good pricing. more

They came out and did a fantastic job, Nar was fantastic and friendly. The only negative comment I have is that it seem like internal communication with there team could use some work. Other then that, they still have my busniess going forward. more

Diagnostic Visit 7/5/2017

We were told our technician would be Billy but Joey arrived at our home instead. Very nice, polite young man. He explained in detail what the problem was and was very thorough. He told us someone in the office would be contacting us to schedule a more thorough cleaning of our system but we haven't heard back from them as of today. We will follow up and call them back if we don't hear from them by Friday. more

Had great experience. I called for a couple of quotes and Taylor Heating was the low bid. So my question was how can you offer everything the other companies offer and a little more. Very Good Service with Quick and prompt scheduling. 7/3/2017

All went well overall, there were a few scratches in the doorway trim which we painted a month prior. Found and few screws on the driveway area and picked them up, a valve cap on the A/C unit was missing. Other than that I think they did nice work installing the whole system, looked very professional end results. The system operates perfectly well in the cool mode and heat mode, can't ask for much more. more

Had a furnace inspection and they found I had some issues with it. 6/28/2017

I had an inspection on my furnace and Nick found that I had some issues with it. I decided to purchase a new furnace since mine is over 18y/o and the repairs would be close to half the cost of a new one. Nick sent me a quote extremely fast via email so I could schedule my installation. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made this experience painless. I will be back in the future. more

They did it again!!! 12/30/2014

Taylor Heating & A/C coming through in the clutch AGAIN!! A friends furnace goes out late at night and its back on first thing in the morning. If you are using some other Heating & A/C company you are missing out. I want all my friends and family using these guys or else you are dead to me. OK..so that was a little harsh but $@!#% it, thats how good these guys are!!! more
