I have an antique Omega watch that requires a tune-up about every 30 months or so and I have brought it to them several times and the repairs are always performed in a timely manner, the pricing fair, and the service impeccable. Each and every time you walk through the door of their shop you feel as if you are home! They make you feel like family or a close personal friend. So many of the Mall shops are in such a hurry to make a buck......you feel rushed and hurried to buy something. They also treat you like a dollar sign and a way to pay the rent.
