felt pressured to buy a package from this weird old creepy guy, I think he said he was the owner. seemed to be on something eyes were dialated, and he was grinding his jaw back and forth, I went 2 days in a row and got no color whatsoever, I complained but would not give me my money back.
Pros: very very cheap in every sence of the word !1
Cons: no color ,dirty, and creapy old guy working the desk !!
