2.5 hours to remove a nail and put the tire back, then they go on break while you wait another half hour for an invoice so I could leave! Rotten service by any standard!!!!

Total mess from start to finish 1/16/2014

3 months to get a wheel replaced under warranty and then they (forget) to put it on when it was in for service. Had to leave it again. After 3 months I would have made certain there wouldn't t be any screw ups for the customer. more

Tamiami Hyundai is the best 12/27/2013

I live in Cape Coral, Fl . There's a Hyundai dealership in Fort Myers that is much closer to home than Tamiami Hyundai in Naples. But I drive right past the Hyundai dealer in Fort Myers to go down to Tamiami Hyundai because they are so nice. It's just a great experience every time. Tamiami Hyundai has a lifetime customer as long as they keep doing what they're doing. more
