My husband and I recently purchased a pellet stove from Tall Pines. While we were happy with the product itself, we were less than enthused with their customer service and installation. Steve, whom installed our stove, needed to come back due to sizing and fitting issues. Upon leaving, he told me, "" just give me a few bucks to cover my extra trip over here"". While it made me uncomfortable, I thought not much of it until our bill came. We were charged a labor fee, which is fine; however why then did Steve wish for me to pay him additionally?? Furthermore, we were double charged for parts, charged for parts which we never had, and charged for parts which we had and were then taken back by Steve.\r

I do not recommend this company and will send my business elsewhere in the future. There are many reputable companies in the area, Tall Pines is not one of them.
