Tag Auto Repair

I had my car towed to this place and they had my car for 3 days , it took them that long to find out what was wrong with it, the part cost 1.25 and they charged me $280.00 dollars for labor. Drove my car about 3 miles home and got back in it about 2 hours later and drove it a 1/4 of a mile and cut it off and it done the exact same thing I took it in for. Then it cost me another $243.00 . I hqve never ever dealt with mechanics that didn't know what they were doing like these before, made me feel as if they were just out to make money off of me instead of fixing my car right the first time I would not take my car to them the one of the owners was very nice but the other came out cursing because I didn't understand why I was neo.g charged twice for labor that they already had done. Wouldn't let these guys put a chain on my bicycle. Sorry, take Ur car there at your own risk. more

I will not be taking my car to T A G due to the commercial says they can check your car for issues for free but when I call the guy has a nasty a** attitude and tells me $80 just to run my car on the machine. I defientally am not dealing with this. more

I've used T A G for nearly 20 years and they have always fixed the problem at a reasonable price. As a female, I have not always felt comfortable in repair shops. This shop is a pleasure to do business with. more

I was referred to TAG from a friend and have never gone anywhere else since that time. The repairs I was looking for at the time I was told by others would cost me over $800, TAG told me the same things needed to be done, but did it for around $500. They are the most honest people and I have never had to go back with a problem reoccurring and have also NEVER been asked to pay more than what I was quoted to begin with. In my opinion there is no better shop around. I refer everyone I know to them with confidence that they will be equally as pleased. Kudos TAG!!! (my boss is on her way there now!) more

Good: They checked my truck and no repairs were done until they discussed the problem with me and how much it would cost to repair.. Bad: It was a perfect visit to an auto Repair shop!!!! No surprises, so I liked everything.. Improvements: Nothing. Other: They are honest, very busy, and know how to take care of a customer.. more

I've used T A G a couple of times in the past and they've always been honest and up front with me. It's one of the few repair shops I've dealt with where I didn't feel like they were trying to hide things from me. Good work and honest people. more

I found this business on the recommendation of a friend, and was not disappointed at the honest service. They are *busy*, which should also tell you that they are doing great service and have reasonable labor and parts prices. I had about $2000 worth of car work done on my first car over a period of a year or so, and they were great about giving their opinion on what genuinely needed to be done versus what could wait a little while. I was able to make necessary repairs first, and then do others when I could afford it (a rack and pinion leak in my power steering, for example). I trust them a lot more than your run of the mill dealership. They also have towing service available, and have a place for you to leave your car afterhours for pick up or drop off. 4.5 stars out of 5! more
