The best place for cheap and non authentic Mexican food is Taco Bell. I only say this because they are actually open late (till 5 AM on the weekends) and they are very cheap. I mean, who can say no to a $1 soft shell or hard shell taco? Especially after a late night of partying and drinking, I would say eating their food is very satisfying and rewarding compared to getting pizza or something. Did I even mention that they make their food so fast? I definitely recommend Taco Bell at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
