Taco Bell

I have been to a few different Taco Bells and I just recently went to one with bad service. I had to wait for about 20 minutes on my food and then when I finally received my food it wasn't what I ordered. I took it back up there and asked them to fix it and at first they didn't want to. I wouldn't have took it back except for the fact that I couldn't eat something that was on it. After getting it fixed and getting a few bad looks things were ok. This Taco Bell does have good food, but it has a long wait, bad service, and a not so clean inside. more

Yes I would have to agree with everyone that the taco bell on timberland is extemly slow. I was car shopping that day and I could have looked at a the rest of the car lots in Lufkin or I could of drove over halfway to dallas by the time i got my food and sat down and ate it. Good food but slow service.. more

The Taco Bell on Timberland is one of the slowest Taco Bells. Today we went for lunch and we were in there for a good 45 minutes and it might have taken us 15 minutes at the most for all of us to eat. We stood in line for 5 minutes before we were even helped. There wasn't even anyone in front of us and then waited a good 20 minutes for our food to come out. Other people inside were complaining too. They had no lids out for the small and medium drinks, their sierra mist was out, it tasted so nasty that my brother in law dumped it out and got something else. Our food wasn't even hot either. Definitely a waste of my time and my money. more

If I am stopping in at a Taco Bell this location is ok. I've only had one bad experience here compared to the other one in town. My daughter just loves their bean burritos and I just love the price. I can get her lunch or dinner here on the run for about $3.00 if not less. You can get through the drive through in a timely manner but the inside is really slow, so if you are in a hurry or on lunch break I wouldn't recommend going inside. Since I've had to wait up to 15 minutes for food and it wasn't even hot when I dined in. The prices are great, I can give them that much but I would definitely say that here lately they could really pick up their customer service skills and pick up the pace in getting the orders out to customers that dine in. Its called fast food it suppose to come out fast. If I want to wait for forever inside I would go to a restaurant. more

I am recognized by the workers at this Taco Bell. I'm a Taco Bell nut and they have great food here. The service is always very fast too. I have never had problems at this location(at the most maybe a stale shell here or there, but only a few over years). I have been very pleased and will continue to visit! more
